Chef-owner Nino Annunziata brings a variety of authentic family recipes from his hometown on the beautiful island of Capri, Italy. His signature dishes include elk tenderloin, risotto with wild quail, salciccia cacciatore, veal caprese and buffalo shank osso buco.
